Collecting your takeaway can fit around a trip through Tunstall. Rupeyal Express is inside Essar Service Station at 385 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5EP. Use this checklist when ordering online for collection.
Place a collection order
Choose collection on the ordering website before completing your order. Browse pizzas, burgers, kebabs, fried chicken, curries and the other currently available dishes, then review each item's options and extras.
Check quantities, meal-deal inclusions and the total before submitting. Contact the takeaway on 01782 790600 before ordering about allergies or specific dietary requirements. Do not rely only on a special-instructions box for an allergy question.
Keep the order confirmation and follow its collection estimate. Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be ready immediately; preparation time can vary. If the confirmation is unclear, contact the takeaway before setting off.
Find the collection point
Head to the Essar Service Station address above, rather than another Rupeyal business. Have the name used for the order and your confirmation available to help staff identify it.
Check the current ordering hours before planning a late collection. Online ordering cut-offs and the time you can physically collect an accepted order may differ; follow the confirmation for your order.
Check your order before leaving
Compare the items with your confirmation, including drinks, sauces and sides that were ordered. Raise any missing item with staff while you are there.
You can also visit the on-site grocery shop during the same trip. Check what is available rather than assuming a particular product is in stock.
If collection no longer suits your plans, contact the takeaway about your existing order. For a new delivery order, enter your address on the website to check eligibility, charges and the estimate first.
